We are looking for actors/actresses, singer-songwriters, models, athletes, and social influencers. We welcome people who speak Khmer, Chinese, and/or Japanese.

About us
Emboa Global Studios is a faith-based talent agency and humanitarian initiative based in the United States that discovers and develops outstanding talent from often-overlooked communities. The organization was founded and personally funded by a former field operations leader with experience in Cambodia for UNICEF, USAID, the United Nations (UN), the World Food Programme (WFP), and URC. Emboa combines professional talent management with practical aid to create sustainable opportunities for people at risk.
Our approach
Talent:
scouting, developing, and representing singers, actors, models, and visual artists — providing portfolios, showreels, coaching, and industry connections to bring talent to international stages.
Humanitarian activities:
delivering essential aid such as food, water, healthcare, shelter, and refugee protection through verified local partners and deployment teams. Aid is provided as purchased goods or services (not cash) and is documented with receipts, acknowledgments, photos, and videos.
Sustainability:
revenue is generated from sales of digital art and content (Shopify, YouTube, Rakuten).
Distribution is transparent:
(a) Revenue from talent (artist 80% / operations 20%) (b) Sales of digital art for humanitarian aid (humanitarian aid 80% / operations 20%)
Current focus & early successes
Launching in Cambodia with a representative office in Phnom Penh (planned Jan 2026). Active scouting along borders and in refugee communities; partnerships with verified organizations from the USA, France, and Europe. Early successes include two newly discovered talents and casting Alex Jack Prince in the lead role of the international production "One Voice, One Kingdom."
Governance & ethics
Faith-oriented yet professionally run and accountable. We require informed consent, follow child protection standards, and provide transparent reporting for donors and partners.
